What we receive
When you phone us we receive your number and the time of the call, and we may record the call. On the website, ordinary analytics are gathered, such as the pages you open, your device type and your browser.
How it is used
To connect you with a technician whose area includes your address, to check the quality of the service, and to make the site better. Personal information is never sold.
Who receives it
The technician who takes your job hears the details you give during the call. The companies that route our calls and measure site traffic receive only the data their services require.
Removing your data
