Terms of Use
The conditions for using this website.

What this site does
Fix My Tankless operates this website to put homeowners with a faulty tankless water heater in touch with independent technicians who run their own businesses. We route calls; we do not carry out repairs. Any quote, the work itself and any guarantee on it come from the technician who takes the job.
Prices
Every figure on this site is an estimate for a typical job. None is an offer or a quote. Your technician sets the price once the fault has been found.
Phone calls
We may record calls made to our numbers. Each one is passed to a participating technician who works in your area, and that technician may pay us for the referral.
Limits of liability
The information here is general guidance and nothing in it is guaranteed. Within the limits of the law, we are not responsible for work carried out by independent technicians or for choices made based on this site.
Trademarks
Brand names appear only to say which equipment technicians service. We have no affiliation with any manufacturer.
